Estate Planning
A proper estate plan can allow peace of mind.
Plans can be made to provide for a person who has little financial
sophistication, incapacity, incapacitated adult children or persons
with special needs. Each situation has its own needs that can be
addressed with proper planning and implementation.
Lack of planning is a source of confusion and can
lead to great financial burdens, problems with distribution to the
persons most in need, taxes, and the often dreaded Court
intervention in the form of guardianship, or Dependant
Administration (read Court supervision) of an estate.
