Wills & Power of Attorney

A properly drawn will and powers of attorney should be the first line of defense in a comprehensive family plan. The powers of attorney are used to protect the estate and carry out the wishes of the person in case of incapacity or disability during the lifetime of the person. The will then finalizes the wishes of the person after death. A person is three (3) times more likely to have a period of incapacity rather than die. Properly drawn powers of attorney and wills cover all contingencies during a persons lifetime and continues after death.

The traps for the unprepared are many and very expensive, as well as time consuming and burdensome, not counting down right aggravating.
